I love making ppl feel stupid on phone to sky and first guy cut me of the guy im talking to now is putting me thru to someone else and he goes ill stay on line till ur connected to my colleague so u dont get cut off lol

I cant stand phoning up call centres. You can never get the right department. They never know what to do unless you have to pay them money.

With sky, no matter the problem i bet they ask you to unplug everything while they "reset" the box which they never do.

well i work in a call centre collecting money and 9 times out of ten we have people coming through who dont wanna even discus money, call centres are a nightmare.

Ahhh Exam went suprisingly well I feel. Now I can relax knowing my next exam is not till Friday...

Oh wait, no I can't relax at all!
