Once this is all up and running.

Spoke about the forfeit thing in message. but there will be complications, i can only have one member get a fofeit.

So, i suggest. when two members do not play their game, They will get a automatic forfeit for the next game? Meaning a -1 point for them but the opponent then gets a free win. Seems unfair but it would work.

Or, neither player gets any points, so the table will show they have played one less game than the rest. They will both be unable to gain points this way but will not loose any points as a consequence.

the 3rd option is, if a member has tried to arrange a fixture (and can prove it) but the opposite member seems not interested to get the game played, Then the person not interested recieves the forfeit.

Up to you mate anyway.

Also time limits on when games should be played by should be enforced. This will keep games getting played.
