Ok so i know this would prob take far too much effort, but in my opinion would be absolutely amazing added extra to funky snooker.


snooker extra is basically snooker on original table with an added orange and purple ball

orange = 10points
purple = 8 points

anyway it just means you can get a ridiculously high break.

i think on the original table this would be awesome to have and give some of the big guns on here a nice new target to aim for.

well thats it a simple addition of 2 balls really

was jus playin world championship snooker and it has it on there, i personally think its great fun.

I'm against this, its a pointless game you will get damee destiny lyle and people like that playing it for the 195 break is it?

15 reds * 10 for orange = 150
27 normal colours = 177
8 purple and 10 orange = 18
Total = 195 I think :S

And yeah I think halfs would be to popular on it with more colours and that means more room for error, becuase to get a great break you really need black/pink instead here you can have pink/black/orange/purple to much choice to be honest

210 is the max break. Purple and orange are wrong way round simon.

Red + purple = 11 points
15 lots of them = 165
Normal colours then total is 192
Orange and purple are 18 total.

So overall it is 210.

I really like the idea. It would hold more targets and it would be fun to play.

Also, off topic. The picture blaze posted. The wood and the pockets on the table look quite good and IMO looks a better colour than our game table. Reckon we should have a new table look?

i have noticed on the opposite thread that someone had the idea that if this was implemented only players with rank of pro could play it,

i personally think that is a gr8 idea and a gr8 way to gift people for there achievements.

I think you don't quite know why its called funkysnooker...

Nick said a while back it says funky is because the game can be played on very old and very slow computers without much problem.

And personally, i do like this game. But i can tell you now very few will play it as it is very similar to original, and to be fair, how many of you actually play original? Not many because its too small for you so you play arcade mainly. So why would snooker plus (as its actually called) be any different?

Quite right, and as I said on the other thread, I think its the other one - its very confusing now there are two that keep getting posted on (perhaps one should be capped?) , it didn't catch on in real life so it is unlikely to catch on here.

As for the idea that it could only be played by pro ranks, is just a non starter.

well i prefer the original and regular table to arcade, although my stats say differently but i mainly use this over night and arcade is pretty much all that goes on in the early hours.

I never really though of that, we could have this new look however, some people would prefer the look we have now, I would very much like this look to go on but also an option to choose which style you would like :D]

Much prefer what we have (although it is the correct dimensions ) and of course you would have to attribute it to the Author (Maciej Jaros) for legal reasons
