This is mainly a question for those who are premium members. I paid for premium monday. I still dont have this activated onto my account. Really frustrating.

Lag by ads kills me on my home computer. I have used contact us, have sent messages to admin etc but still am not premium. To those who are, I wondered if you had the same issues as i am facing?

You have paid, you will become premium soon enough. Its been 2days. So its not that long ago that you sent paymemt.

Contact is also states give 3days for a reaponse.

That may be the case phil. But then there should be something that says "this could take up to 5 working days etc". But when i spoke to quick_pot he said they had no record of me ever paying. Thats really why i wondered if anyone else has had the same issues.

No extreme i didnt have this issue.
I became premium straight away as soon as I made payment, however since i have been a premium member I do now have issues where the system logs you out of the profile screen after 10 minutes or so but does not log you out of the main game server.

It's really strange and I dont understand why it does it?

Same as Tiger900 - mine was activated straight away (however took me ages to work out that the ad-free game was only accessible via the home page and not the 'enter game' on the left hand menu *slaps forehead*).

All I can think of is that the payment transaction failed somehow (which could be for a myriad of reasons) and as quick_pot says there is no record, this is most likely to be the case. You will need to check with your bank/credit card to see what the problem was.

I had the same issue as you mate. I sent an offline message to Nick, and he sent a confirmation link to me.

I'm not to sure, but if you go to your subcription purchases page (which is on your "edit profile" section. There may be a confirmation link there.

I hope that helps, if not then i suggest sending Nick an offline message.

Right, I am now getting increasingly annoyed. I have messaged 3 admins, one of which has got back to me asking to message nick. For which I have had no reply. I have also used contact us, no reply. I have paid my £10, and dont know what else to do.

Deadend (extreme, whatever your name is ) go on pool and leave a message to Nick. As that seems to be where he's most active these days. Hope that helps fella.

yeah nick is usually on pool, just send him a message over there explaining your situation and he will write back once he gets online

I do agree with extreme in some degree.

I have used the contact us before. And it does state. We aim to respond in 3days. I think this needs to be looked at IMO. because i didnt recieve no response. It was a few weeks later still no response, so i went to the support thread and replied saying it doesnt matter now.

It shouldnt really say something it doesnt do. Even if it means a longer time is stated, then so be it. Or promote some more admins, to sort out the problem.

Im not saying it is the current admins fault, but it does need to be sorted.

Plus , in times of a credit cruch I dont have money to just to throw around, so if i pay for something , i expect it straight away, unless i am warned otherwise

Just to note - this is a matte only Nick can deal with, and only when he has secure access to the site.

Unfortunately (typically) bugs like this do crop up at the most awkward times.

And to add - he does know, and will deal with it asap.

Martin, i would'nt worry mate. Like i told you, it happened to me. I'm sure Nick wont take them four days off the 6 month subscription. He did'nt with me.
