Like me and dgeneratio have both pointed out. The only way we can help in any way. Is if you provide us with information.
Use these questions as a guidelinesto giving us detail.
What exactly is the problem?
When does the problem occur?
Have you got the latest java installed?
Have you tried using a different web browser?
Closed the game window and re-opened it?
And last but not least. The best computer fix:
Restart the computer. You will be surprised how many times a restart will solve a problem.

if that doesnt work you can try a clean install which means clearing your browsing history and reinstalling the latest version of java

And just to roll out the old "how to" :
- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files.
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://www.java.com for a new, clean, install

anyways how is this problem going?

True, if the user is based in a english speaking country (its not specified on thier profile) and the direct link changes regularly, so can go out of date.
Exactly
It seems a recent update combination was causing this, as I got it myself on an old machine yesterday.
