I have just had a very offencive message. i have reported it but i want to make sure this gets followed up.

yes when you click send complaint to goes straight through to an admin member ok the moderation team. all complaints are followed up.

I have a similar query, if a complaint is made against someone, do the admin team take the complainents word for it and take action against the violator or is anything that is derogatory/insulting documneted anywhere for proof ?

i.e for instance, someone just being a sore loser and making a fake accusation as a grudge.

No it's what's in the room chat log aswell, otherwise people swearing and being racist in the members bar when there's no mods would never be dealt with.

the way it works is when someone makes a complaint it not only takes the pm but the whole chat log as well so they will be dealt with. If more than one person swears in chat log it will capture that as well.
