Does anyone know how long it takes for your account to upgrade after payment?

I paid for mine about 10 days ago and its still not upgraded. I've sent a message via contact us about 3 days ago but still not received anything back.

There appears to be a glitch in the auto-update of accounts.

This has been brought to Nicks attention so you should be sorted very soon.

Don't worry, the time will only start from when your upgrade is applied.

As you mention, contact us is the correct way of dealing with these issues.
