yes but you can do so by only asking the owner called nick, otherwise it will stay deactivated. Ive known instances where members deactivated by accident and they told nick what happened and he reactivated their account.

what if players come on here drunk and deactivate by accident, ive seen it happen and they have had their account back

If you read above i said that i did it. When i was going to deactivate my pool account. Was logged in on both, and made a silly mistake typing my password in on here.
