Does anyone else get the connection problem when you 'Enter Game'?

I get this:-

Connecting to the funkysnooker game server (please wait)...
Unable to connect to server (maybe firewall is blocking) attempting backup connection...
Welcome bigbadphil, you are logged into the game server (closing this window will log you out)

Where would I start in getting it to connect first time? I get this on Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I know it might not be a problem as I am connecting eventually, but I have never had this problem before.

Recently re-installed to Windows 7

I just played kyle1982, and i got a 107 MAX (round 3), as i completed it, "connection problems developed (it is not my end, i have had it all checked). My results state 85-0, and not even a half cent put up. This is rubbish, i request that a 107 MAX be added to my stats, this is my 3rd 107 MAX and i would like the recognition for doing it. This is a shambles, at least 4 or 5 times a night, connection problems occur. This is pushing me to the limt, and this needs repairing urgently,... plus a 107 added / and a cent to my stats.

You finish the break and is says not responding and logs you out.

Usually a problem with the internet connection, only happens once every so often ( Say about 2 months if that ), well, from what ive noted anyway.

The way to fix this, is check your connectivity, and then click tools, if WORK OFFLINE is ticked, then untick it, and your connection should be fine.

Its a known fact that we are having connections problems as per the 3/4 threads i have seen. Unfortuntly there is nothing the admins can do.

Nick is working on the situation and hopefully we can sort it

What is also strange is that it only seems to be happening to some people

its happening to me, seems to be getting worse over the past couple of nights

i was initially having alot of lag etc,

i was getting disconnected alot, that was on my 3 pay dongle.

however since i moved to wireless sky broadband ive been ok,

dunno if ifs possible that certain internet providers are worse than others,

( i dont know much about it all so not saying it is but like i said now im using sky to get online im having hardly any problems with the site )

i was the same for ages people but now i now have clocked how to get round this and have not been logged off for days happy times lol

this is what i do when my connection is falling is go back to the home page and keep hittng the refresh button and my signal comes back hope it helps been ok for me not been logged out for ages try it and let me know

Getting boring now the amount of whingers on site, its happpened to everyone get over it.

Not be funny, but being logged out on a regular 147 beats that, and if i count the other stuff i've been logged out on then i demand 2 arcade cents, 2 reg cents (including a 147) as well as about 2 original cents. Oh, and all my abandons wiped off my profile, as that was my favourite stat!
