i really do think that that is not enough time as every1 will have to be on all the time, not a problem for me but for some people they have work ect.

maybe change it to 3 days (72 hours) that may be better.

See how many games have been played. Ihe idea is to get everyone checking reguarly over the small time period instead of people saying "ahhh we've got ages"
We can be flexible with the first round though i think.
If everyone could aim around a certain hour of the day it would be better - like in the sunday 9pm grand prix killer
