How can dumb_duck make an 114 break in arcade?

its probably an error mate im sure it will be took off soon lol

its a glitch or a bug which doesnt happen often, once this happened before when someone got 500 in arcade. once nick sees it it will get deleted.

But that isn't part of the break though is the foul. It never has been in snooker.

if its just a bug why has his stats been reset for cheating

if he cheated how has this been done,

an honest answer would be great.

maybe nick subbed in the freeball rule and didn't tell anyone. that would unsettle everyone now wouldnt it. but seriously dumb_duck isnt good enough to pot 10 reds 11 blacks 2 pinks, a blue a brown a green and a yellow AND a mystery freeball all without missing. GLITCHY McGLITCH GLITCH

Good question. The first guy who had this ""Glitch"" reset his own stats, so we was never sure what happened there in the end.

If they did cheat to do this, then surely they would put a 147 on their account, so it looked a bit more realistic at least?

It was a bug again, i guess.

Its not possible to get a higher break than 107 with 10 reds no matter what you try and do, i didn't think it would be so hard for people to figure out!

my stats got reset for playing against my brother, Im guessing because his ip is the same as mine it looked like cheating? not sure entirely. Oh well

I made a simple break of about 24 and it came up as getting a break of 114. the game was still playing and the points stayed the same. surley im not being accused of cheating??? :S how could you cheat a thing like that...

no your not being accused of cheating on the 114. but you might be accused of cheating in another way if your stats were re-set

were you playing your brother when the 114 happened?

I have the feeling that this is a "new" bug in the game, as we've never seen any break over 107 in arcade for years, and then in only 1 month, we get 2 of them.

I'm sure Nick will have a look at it, and check whether there can be any fault in the game causing these errors.
