I was playing and arcade and almost clean the table. with the only black left.

score was 33-58 in my favor.


and the network on my side went down.

and i Looose.


It is a wrong rule somewhere here.

just unfortunate your connection went at that moment, we cant give you your points back but you can get it back by playing more ranked games.

I wanted juat oint about the rule.

It would be normal to let game finish before the end with agreement of the players.

And not when somebody leaves or clean the table. (it was discussed on thread of game queries before).

Just wanted to shout it is all.

What do you mean "we can't give you the points back"? I didn't realise you actually controlled it..

Like people have already said, it is unfortunate and unlucky. It is only 5 points, which amounts to 1, maybe 2 games to get it back?

Naming and shaming is not allowed on the forums, i'd suggest you edit that.

And Lyle, if he means any time, who would concede when they can win without needing snookers? If there was all the colours on table and i was 26 behind, i would never concede.
