i need help here plz, when i load game window it doesnt load, theres just a black screen with white writing saying 'an unrecoverable error has occurred (this has been logged)' i have checked my java it seems to be working fine. can anybody plz help me?

Your Java may be corrupt, so try removing it, re-boot your system, download the latest version from http://www.java.com, and then re-boot your system again for good measure.

Usually closing all browser windows and opening them fixes this. Happened to me a couple of times and generally does the trick.

i seem to be having a similar problem, i have jus upgraded to windows 7 but java doesnt seem to be working. im using ie8 but the game fails to load.all i get is a black screen saying 'error failed to load' ive uninstalled java then re installed latest version and rebooted system but nothing seems to be working. please help.

maybe downgrade to IE7 because IE8 had a lot of bugs in the beginning

thanks il try that, but ive also tried it on chrome and firefox and it does axactly the same.

if that doesnt work try:

remove java, clear your browsing history and delete all cookies and then reinstall java

can be done by clicking "tools" then "internet options" on the right hand top corner of IE8 or via control panel.
