Where do we get to sign into the premium server? i cannot find it anywhere! Someone please help.

no theres 2 options, to sign into premium and normal account, thats what he means.

I have found out the solution. It will be here for future referance:

You need to go to "edit profile" and tick the box that reads "premium member game window" and then save profile.
