My arcade break....used to work a lot of the time.

Now it never does.

Reds go everywhere, but none in the pockets.

I leave an open table and if I'm playing a half decent player they can most often clear it......that's how much the reds split.

It's getting boring now.

I don't want to start having to roll up to the reds.


Any tips?

not potting reds off the break - sounds realistic - finally fs is moving in the right direction

It's in arcade though....it's not necessarily meant to be as realistic as the other 2 tables.

Yerp, you just got to find a different position to put the white mate! soon get a good 1 again.

just have 10 on the practice table, you will soon find 1 that is good!

The games have changed, as in the physics. I know because my original break doesnt work anymore, and there seems to be lots of action on the balls now.

try top of the D mate, works for me sometimes

yeah id have to agree.

a possible suggestion is to break off two or 3 reds on one side and block them with a baulk colour

God like, arcade is NOT supposed to be realistic. people do smash is real life. people don't roll up to them..

you mean the fact you cant clear from the break and face actually giving your opponent a chance means the game is boring?

The gameplay it's self hasn't been touched in ages. Personally i've seen no difference at all in the break shots.

Just adjust your break slightly instead of going for the one which ain't working all the time.
