yeah thats why i made the thread so league runners can post important info without being clogged up in this thread.

an idea from pl but mixing our own rules with it.

Transfers:

Usually you can't play for half the season if you switch clans during the season, however if the former captain releases this player willingly then this player is free to play under normal guidelines.

It also has to be posted on "Team Changes" thread by the former Captain/Vice Captain themselves for the release to count.

think its unfair for someone else to decide whether someone in their clan who leaves can play or not as there may well be hard feelings there after disagreements in which the former captain may say no to them playing out of spite even if the player has done nothing wrong

Two sides to this:
1. If a player is released (or leaves!!), he is technically a free agent. So only one-fixture quarantine, since it's not a transfer.

2. This system can get abused easily.

I would say no to this, simply because players will leave the clan (meaning captains will have to release them) and then go to another clan once they are released, without having to wait for the transfer window. The rule is in place to prevent exactly this constant changing of teams throughout the season.
