The problem I'm having is the sound of the balls is very quiet in comparison to the pm's so if I have it loud enough to hear, the pm's are really loud

Is it just me ?

I agree the sounds are quiet compared to the other events, I will look into that.

Torres, the sounds should sound equivalent to hearing snooker on television - the sounds are from actual snooker play.

question for random tournie, on pool time is random between 10 and 20 seconds. will it be like this for snooker?

Pool and snooker random tournaments are both fixed time per shot, although random time was talked about on pool.

after logging in tonight i cant hear a lot when i play a game i get a faint sound on the balls hitting each other..and no matter what i do ie with my control panel for sounds or the options for the sounds well im in the game..i cant turn it up mate

can u sort this out asap pleae nick lol its to quite for me..makes me think im at a library

Game sounds have been increased in volume now. 9 decibels more apparently...

And nick its only me that seems to think it so i may be wrong but the new ball sounds are awful they sound plasticy (if thats a word)

They're taken from actual snooker game audio - and it should sound identical. Try listening to a snooker game (eg snooker on youtube) at the same time as playing on this. Snooker balls do sound more plasticky than the thud of US pool balls (the old audio).

I may be one of the minority but personally i think the sounds are now awful, i liked the ones they were changed too now its all a bit too click click, rather than a nice deep potting sound.
