It is definitely against the rules unless you have a time zone or availability issue. This can fall under availability, so it's ok (since both captains agree).

5.2.1 Swaps
You may not use substitutions to gain a more favorable fixture. Swaps are not allowed except in case of a time zone/availability issue.
Both captains must agree to a swap.
This applies only to swaps within the same game type. (Ex.: A player in an arcade game may be swapped with a player in an original game in the same fixture. However, a player in an arcade game may not be swapped with the player in the other arcade game in the same fixture).

but yeah, if that wasn't the case, this would not be allowed.
