Given how few girls help us mods out, wouldn't it be fairer to say +5 // -2 perhaps....? and perhaps start at 500 in this case?

There's only 150 till 1,000 !!
We'll have to re-examine this I think
30 posts and the Mods have Won
While we need over 400 posts to win
I don't think +5 and starting from 850 can work
If you re-recruited Sarah and got Gemma posting plus some more Mods it would be more fun just to keep it as was.
