We bring you the favourite's interview, his words sounded a bit like Ivan Drago v Rocky Balboa the Italian Stallion in the legendary Rocky IV movie...

''He will lose. My goal is to win all 9 titles. Bahrain, China, Grand Prix, World Championship?... I can beat this poor fella everywhere. If I don't, I have failed.''

This ''Young Pretender'' can't distinguish a snooker ball from a water melon. He's clueless and I will crush him. He may suffer from severe depression after the event... If he dies, he dies.''

I have a few words to say to him... ''I must break you''.

In the aftermath of suspiria's interview, i_am_deco had a brief few words to say on the matter.

"Suspiria can talk all he likes, I intend to do my talking on the table. I would also like to remind Suspiria that it was rocky that won against the cocky russian in Rocky IV. I am under know pressure, nobody expects me to win, I intend to play my own game, trash talk doesn't affect me"

I_am_deco then returned to the practise table after refusing to answer questions from the media

Suspiria is crowned the Northern Ireland Trophy Champion!! Deco was given no chance and quickly found himself 4-0 behind before he registered his first frame. He lost the next four before making it 8-2 and finally was put out of his misery at 9-2.

A tremendous effort from Deco after the mid-session interval turned an 8-5 deficit into a 10-8 victory in the Shanghai Masters.

In the post game interview with his fellow countryman Ken Doherty, Deco had this to say; "Suspiria was unlucky out there today, he had chances but he was below his normal performance after the break. A mixture of lack of concentration and pressure in the end Ken, he had a nice lead but I just kept going and got key breaks at the right times. The bounce of the balls was with me today. Delighted to win this after my dreadful performance in Northern Ireland last week."

As both players left the arena for the mid-session interval, Deco was clearly outraged by events on the table. A fluked red set up a 69 break for suspiria and ensured he took a 3-1 lead into the break. Play improved after a poor first frame just edged by Suspiria, in which Deco failed to regain composure after a spectator shouted from the crowd and missed the blue on 36. Deco hit a 93 in the second frame, followed by 100 from suspiria in the third.

After another heavy defeat to Suspiria in the Grand Prix final, Deco explained his loss; "I have nothing or nobody to blame but myself, I just underperformed after the break. Totally outclassed in some frames and little mistakes in the close games and it was all over. All credit to Suspiria he could only beat what was in front of him and he was clinical for the most part"

The winner was asked how can he possibly win 9-2 on a ranking event final, then lose to the same opponent in the next final and then beating him once again 9-2.

''I think it's a matter of inconsistency. The whole world knows the self-condradictory elements in the character of Ivan Drago. Sometimes I'm bursting with energy and I can pot any ball on the table, some others I'm so lazy that I can't even bothered to put spin on the cue ball. Fair play to Deco who beat me in China, he played better there and his victory was 100%. The Shanghai defeat woke me up and I'm positive I'm not going to lose in another final of these series.''
