That Zhang fella amazed me yesterday, he was playing very well at some point, he even did a Ronnie shot w/ his left hand... what a great match overall

I'm watching Marco Fu v Gould atm, close game, this could go all the way to a decider too...

My pick for this year is Neil Robertson, I always support the underdogs

who won the zhang v hendry game? i got bored watching it in the end cuz i dont like zhang for some reason.... even though he is clearly quite good and his long potting is amazing and will be around for quite some time to come

I thought Zhang played awesome and just got unlucky, when he was 9-7 up and he went into the pack off the black, that determined how good he was, he missed the shot but if that was Peter Ebdon or Joe Perry (Boring snooker players) they would of use 15% of the pace and tried knocking 1 red loose. However Ronnie or Higgins would of does exactly the same pace.

I love his style of play and i think he will become a common player on the circuit.

Hendry played well, but i dont think he will win, he is alot like Arsenal, plays good snooker but when he plays someone with a bit of fight in them, he never produces.

I always go for Higgins pre tourny for the televised events bcoz..he does so well in them!

I backed him for all the bbc events i think its 4 and he won 3? and lost the other in semis i think.

Like his overall game want him to win.

Selby i think has a good chance as always, young, driven and confident in his game. I like his domina around the table and he always has abit of a laugh with the opponent.

Will be interesting how it unfolds this year!

I'm tipping Higgins to winnnnn. He's a quality player, just about impossible to beat when on form.

Also, he's beaten ronnie in 3 tournament this season too. IMO, the only one who can beat ronnie when he is on top form.

Should be an interesting conclusiong to the Mark v Steve match tomorrow! Was very slow and tactical this evening and I'm pretty sure Steve will be happy with 5-4 down!

Didnt had much time to watch yet. Only saw a few frames of Mark J Williams yesterday in the beginning of the evening session.
Always supporting the underdog but my personal favourite is Mark Allen, lefthander with great cue power.
Curious to see how far he will come this tourney......

absolutely delighted he won! i like mark davis i mean mark king but i still wanted davis to win was funny when ref got confused
