Is this bcoz it goes down to an extra decimal place, or is it the player with the greater turn amount?

Im sure it goes to decimal places, ive checked a few where its the same and it seems to be the case.

somehow i reckon because of the fact its carom percentage that it is because of percentage and not number of turns

smart was the same % as someone...might of been nut_case and i used a calculator and smart was ahead in the leaderboard but the other player actually had a higher decimal place.
