Okay, he done the odd good shot and 1 game done a century (barley) every other shot he rattled.

Quality to watch, a slower player than the likes of Ronnie and others alike, but he plays the game his way and slows it down to his way of thinking. Steve tries to get the match played how he wants too and at 52 yrs old, in his 30th yr at the Crucible it is clear that money is not the issue, it is the hunger to play a game that he still can command. I watched him on my hols and admire the way in which he played, yes indeed he does miss more shots unlike others but he knuckles down and plays the game like his name.. a legend.
