Nope, we know it's the same person. Just posted on their thread:

master_tinie was a member of Total Domination until he just deactivated.
That means tinie has to wait until the transfer window to play for Anger Management.

As a side note, admin reactivating old accounts is really not helping our transfer rules lol.
There may be cases where we don't know it's the same person. Usually, the 1-month rule sorts that out, but in this case, he gets an old account back which gets around the 1-month rule. -_-
