ive clicked the link and it only comes up with homepage.

save it to your computer then double click the zip file to open it then select extract files from left hand side menu.

I still dont get it

what you do mate is download it from the site by right click and save as, or a download should start automatically then you put it in a folder you can easily find it, right click on the downloaded zip file, extract all and choose same folder, now delete the zipped one, open the extracted folder then save it paint as a JPG then you can put the pic up.

The pics are gifs so you can upload them straight away.
