cant open game..help please

cant open game window ...java is active & upto date..funkysnooker says its on in the help section,adblocker is disabled...any ideas..? much appreciated

well that didnt work ...now the help section on java tells me its not on ..but it is aahhh

This is always worth a try with logging in problems

- Go to control panel
- Add remove programs
- Remove all the java versions you see (there may be more than one).
- Clear browser histories including downloaded program files.
- Reboot (even if you're not told to)
- Then visit http://www.java.com for a new, clean, install.
