Name says it all, not too sure on you but over here on snooker people hit 850+ alot more then on pool.

Could there become a 850-1000 option to stop the lower 800s entering. Not sure if it has been mentioned before as spoke to someone about it, would like to see your thoughts on this.

Meh if people are good enough to hit 850+ why can't they beat a 'lower 800' I'm not liking this idea sorry.

cuz arcade is arcade.... (boring)..... and any 800+ can break and clear and you lose too many points from it........... boohoo

I don't really see how this idea could do any harm to be honest; it can only be a good thing having more options, surely.

...Yeah I bet not all of them can do it consistently though.

LOL great comment there mate i agree anything could happen so why change the rankings because maybe they beat you and therefore take your points off you?

In my opinion an 800 rank is an 800 rank no matter if its 800 or 899 so you should be prepared for somethings not to go your way.

i never suggested they could do it consistently. Whether they can or cannot break and clear consistently has no bearing on the point i was making.

cant really do any harm though to add in a 850+ if you want to cut down the realistic chances of getting a game that is.

I know it has no bearing on your point, it was only a comment, I just get bored of hearing this "arcade is boring, anyone can clear" etc etc....

it is true though, any half decent player can clear in arcade. They dont even need to clear they only need to make a break of 60 and its over.

Depends on how they make the break, 47 left on table, 3 snookers after potting all reds and blacks, could be done easily.

Mearly an option anyway as i know alot of people create games 870plus like i did today at 890 then a 800 jumps in, would rather not waste a risk of him clearing and taking 6 points when i've got 2.5 or so to gain

It's a tough world, your not good enough if your affraid of losing ...to a 800.......

if you are good enough to get 3 snookers then you are good enough to win the game outright without fear of losing.


Dont forget though, this is only a game, they are only ranking points, they do not matter.

i agree with this... but you can allways just not play them simple haha

couldnt hurt to have it as an option but i wouldnt play them.
