Well This is like a book club, for TV series'!

Bascially True Blood Season 3 episode 1 has just been released by HBO...I fell in love with true blood when i was in cuba for new years the xmas before last...and just craved it ever since!
And its back! Waaah!

Basically there was nowhere to post relating tv series so i made this thread...as im sure other people have done the same!

Post about Lost/Desperate housewives/Bigbang theory/ True blood/Spartacus blood and sand....anything TV related basically!!

Personally I am a geek for this sort of stuff, I get captured by something and become instantly addicted!

I watched the entire 13 (hour long) episodes of Spartacus blood and sand...back2back! lmao! And when it finished I nearly cried.

So tv series i really rate areee

True Blood (Season 1/2 and 3 has just started. All available online.) Its a vampire series that is huge in american and is quality! Vampires are excepted in society so is a great conception! Loads of nudity and bad language and obviously scenes of violence. Wicked tho.

Spartacus: Blood and Sand (its the first series of many I believe and can be seen on Bravo on wednesday nights i think and online) Representation of the Roman ages and its exactly like the film Gladiator. Man is forced to fight as a gladiator in order to be reuinited with his wife. Extreme nudity and violence but is one of the best things ive ever seen. if you liked gladiator...this is 100x better!

I used to love mock the week, but the new people are poor I think, (except for the quite random, quite old fella can't remember his name, but he came out with a gag about his mum and an oven, was very funny!) but anyways, nobody can replace Frankie, and I have seen pretty much every old episode 10 times thanks to Dave. Make this the last series IMO!

Band of Brothers.
Was a miniseries based on WW2. Now fairly cheap on DVD as its about 10years old. It is absolutely brilliant! Directed/produced by Speilberg and Tom Hanks. I love war stuff, and this is easily the best i have seen. (Though i haven't seen the Pacific yet, which is made by the same people)

My favourite at the moment is Underbelly.

It's based on a true story about notorious gangs in Australia.

I've just finished watching the first series with my girlfriend as she has got me into it. Got the 2nd series on DVD so will be getting onto that soon (I'm banned from watching it without her so quite a bit behind)

It really is good actually.
