if someone gets 2 yellows and a red does that count as a red and no yellows or 2 yellows and a red

If a player is booked and sees a second yellow come his way then he would be shown a red.

But the referee shows -
Yellow
Yellow/Red

So if a player was to be sent off for two yellow cards then it would be 2 yellows and 1 red.

If a player was straight red carded then no yellows would be offered.

If a player was yellow carded and then recieved a straight red it would count as 1 yellow 1 red.

2 yellows cards (equalling a red card) - 4

Total yellows and reds is what i was referring to. Meaning if a player was shown 2 yellow cards, resulting in a red card, then on the total it would add 2 yellows plus 1 red.
