lower league though because the premier league nearly always gets within 1000 of its full capacity and we all know that someone will simply put the capacity of the stadium. lower league would be better

How about taking the top 10 Europe's leagues' games of one week and sorting them on ascending order on the total of goals we think are going to be scored in each league. Or just choose 5 or 6 games from each of those 10 leagues.
