No problems with a nosebleed.....at least a fist was involved there probably....like the old days....but since people are using knives....football hooliganism is not what it ever was.
Nowadays in my opinion its far too risky getting in a clash....chance is rather high that a cokesniver of 18 years is stabbing you......i speak for Holland here by the way
Saw L'pool-Chelsea yesterday....1st a L'pool team that was so different then their poor european game in Utrecht....well played with Gerrard as great captain. 2nd half defended good enough...to get the win against a dissappointing Chelsea

Thats the problem with football violance today people can't fist fight they are to scared and want to show off to their mates about what they can do.
on the Liverpool subject they need to concentrate on bringing new players in I dont no much about their financial side but i'm guessing they got 20/30mil spend in the Jan transfer window and if they do they need to invest it wiesly maybe strengthen their defence*-)

I would prefer a Striker to come in. Someone with a bit of magic so we aren't as reliant on Stevee and 'Nando.
But the focus for us is to now develop the youngsters. Spearing, Shelvey, Wilson, Kelly Etc: We need to keep the core of our team. Reina, Carra, Gerrard, Torres. Got a couple players outside that like Kuyt who gives everything he's got. Johnson aswell. Maxi didn't really hit it last season but hopefully now he's settled and can start to do something like Benayoun did for us. Also got Joe Cole who do that kind of role. We have some good players but we have very little to back them up.
We should be moving on up now after the takeover. Couple of signings in January to strengthen the depth and we should be more than ok.

01:26 Tue 9 Nov 10 (GMT) [Link] Isnt the problem with football violence the violence itself? Not the fact that they fight with knifes instead of fists?
I fail to understand how you (they royal you) can justify violence just because its football related! There is/never has been any justification for violence.
As an example, Ireland is one of the only countries where opposing supporters can sit beside eachother unsegregated and have no violence. There is banter and huge rivalry but we all go off and drink together afterwards. We support different teams from different areas but at the end of the day we are all Irish.
Same can be applied to English fans, ye support different clubs and forget ye are all english and kick the s*** out of each other, yet in the next breath start talking about patriotism and loving your country.

Nah it's from the old days fans used to go and be more intrested in fighting instead of the game lol
2 facts here
-Stoke are the only Team to ever take over the Stratford End (Man Utd)
And The Boothen End has only ever being taken once by Chelsea... which I believe did only last for a few minutes till we rained victory and chased them out of Stoke
These were all years ago before I was even thaught about when me old man used to fight for his club lol
It used to be funny as a young lad hearing the Storys of my old man the funniest though was when... He went Derby away he said about 100 Stoke fans and 200 Derby as my dad was a big name them he got the Stokies to go after them but Derby fans realised they were better for numbers and in the end turned around and chased the Stoke fans but with me old man being in the it front on the way there he ended up at the back lmao and in his words 'Ive never had so much s*** kicked out of me in all me life' ROFL
The good old days eh

Well in Naples it was a family who were stabbed in the backside by 40 ultras, apparently their trademark.
But a woman and young teen were stabbed, and they were just walking past.
It was hardly GSE walking past.
Liverpool don't really have a firm, (we had the Liverpool Urchins) and haven't had in years, now its just a few scallies at the back of the Anfield Road
The guy with the nosebleed looks like another guy caught up in it all.

Well what can I say about Stoke at 1-0 birmingham came at us and we couldnt stop them but we broke free and definatly an amazing goal by fuller made it 2-0
Then just as we get comfy it goes 2-1 sloppy defending and within 3 mins it goes 2-2 at this point i'm sitting in the stands ready to shoot somebody lol
Then for the final goal i'm sure he was offside will need to watch MoTD or something to confirm that but in the end it was a great game for a neutral and I think we started and finished the game better just got sloppy in the middle

You can not disagree, you dont sing untill you score at home and away, when you were 0-1 down in europe before Gerrard came on there was nuthing after 1 goal you erupted I dont disagree you got great support you always turn up in numbers home and away just dont get much from you when your there.
And you all no Stoke home and away we sing we cheer for the 90 minutes unless we go from 2-0 to 2-2 against the brummys but then we picked up and gave it everything

But like I said, you cant knock your attendance or your away fans I think though because they are not hitting the form they want and are not getting the the positions they want I just cant see the passion from the fans but I guess if your used to top 4 football then its suddenly taken away I dont no how that would effect the fans.
If the fans can bring life back the team will get a boost and start playing better
Tony Pulis said the fans are our 12th man without them we would of being religated already

lmao, Makes me wounder why didnt sunderland use him for throw in's and also if he couldnt throw he wouldnt make the first team EVER. He's not the best player but he does give it 100% lol
Also i'm glad we got you now because can't be long before liverpool find some form and how does it feel for Gerrard give the ball away and let Jones bag a goal tut

Don't need to say much, except look at the attendnces of Stoke City, prior to promotion.
Half full stadium, used to know a lad who went, said there was always 5 seats left, right, forward and behind him unoccupied.
Only a lil stadium as well is The Brit.
Oh, and Roy is the worst manager in our history.
Worse than Souness!!
Well done to the Mackems over Chelsk, outplayed them completely, could have been more if Foy did the brave thing and send of Ivanovich.
