When my oppnent has commited a foul and i can choose to pass or ply with putting cue ball in the D. i take time to choose and i get 3 secs left and i put the cue ball. then i dont have time to take the shot.

maybe we can have the time restarted when we put the cue bal down.

also can we let opnent retake shot but this might have been said b4

Or, seeing as you know the time limit, you could choose a little quicker? Doesn't seem fair to have double the time to take one shot, you can usually see the balls that are on in the regular time limit.

Choose your shots a little quicker, no more need be said.
