Most Consistent Player Of The Year: whocares8x8 - played well on all game types through the year

Most Liked Member: destiny - because he taught me on here and hes perhaps my best mate on here, i have several others who come close like j_d, phased, torres, g_k, jaysoros just to name a few.

Moderator Of The Year: baff (fastboysam if admin) - baff is the one who has been one of most active and done best job for me, would be begger but he isn't on much now.

Best Game Personality: baxter - likes to name game rooms after food, fun to talk too and always calls me his hero haha, makes me laugh.

Best Arcade Player Of The Year: destiny - hit lots of 107s and can make breaks out of nowhere, also hit 3 maximums in a row this year, nearly 4.

Best Regular Player Of The Year: n_e_r_d - recently hit his 1st regular maximum, surprised he hasn't had more, legend.

Best Original Player Of The Year: whocares8x8/chase475 - would be destiny but he rarely plays original now, same with arpeggi and eemad. chase and cares has hit high standard breaks in original and have very high ranks.

Best Killer Player Of The Year SO FAR: unsure

Best Carom Player Of The Year: 2cold2hold - without a doubt one of the best carom players hit quite a few 5+ and 10+ runs, almost at quality of destiny and fuzzy.

Most improved Player Of The Year: phased - he is getting better by the second, if he focuses he should make the 147 very soon.

For me , i only play carom so thats all i can vote on fairly.

I think Fuzzy is the best carom player on the site,

However, i dont think he should qualify as with the others that deactivate fairly often as it does not give a true reflection of their stats for the whole year,
For example, Deon/Armageddon, if he kept the deon, he would be nowhere near as high on % as he is now, although he is now a top player.

So for those reasons, I would swing with Cue_Power and Destiny as joint winners.

To be fair, I think people will only vote on players that they know, Many will say otherwise but when you think of it, look at the votes so far already..

a couple are like that yes but i had to think hard, just ask phased i was in pm with him at the time lol.

other than destiny in best arcade player i could have put budweiser and nicko in that list.

would be interesting to add bogey players to that list next year.

I'm not aiming it at anyone dont worry,
even look at my choices, moderator i had a few but i chose bud probably subliminally because hes a friend, same with jaaaames in most improved, there was a few and i could've chose him because hes my mate or it could've been simply because he is the most improved, i wouldn't be able to tell you.

But what i can say is that there is definitly going to be choices like that.

Its all a popularity contest.....nothing more, nothing less

its hardly a yearly award anyway.

because people only take into account whats happened recently where the start of the year things were very different.

so in other words its seemingly pointless.

however clearly

whocares8x8 had a great year. and deserves best overall player.

it was still 2010 when the hustlers were smashing the clan league, a year in the life of funky snooker is so long.

you should do monthly awards in 2011 and then award the years best players off the monthly award totals.
(just an idea for next year people)
