You want an arcade game to be changed because it's not like the real game?
I think the key word in all of this is arcade, it's not supposed to be like the real game, you're supposed to be able to play silly shots you wouldn't usually be able to hence such an attraction to the game.

If you don't like it go and rule the World on Regular as you insist you can, or failing that buy some glasses and play Original terrible thing that "straining of the eyes".

People who tap ain't crap. It's their way of playing. If it frustrates you it can make you do rash shots which can work in their favour, or not, depends how it goes. Nothing wrong with tapping.

Same sorta goes for smashing, it's their way of playing, can frustrate opponent if they fluke a snooker or a ball. But can also not work out for them too. Just depends on the day.

Nothing wrong with either. Smashing break will never become illegal on here, neither will tapping. Simple as that

They are crap because tapping ruins the game of arcade.
Original and Regular are fine for tapping , but arcade tapping is just people trying to make you annoyed.

i played a guest yesterday that had been unbeaten until i mastered him,all he did was tap the whole game-it lasted 20mins,soon as i played away he tapped up again. Maybe the guest won other games by opponent conceding through boredom. Tapping is different to safety play,i prefer a good safety,ie trying to hide white behind baulk colours. Smash breaks dont lend themselves to good safety games.

Tapping takes up the whole point of arcade tbh.

Its a small table, therefore smash them up, quick and easy.

Regular and Original however are big tables, therefore you could get to the baulk easier, which makes it a more tactical game.

Outlawing smash breaks on arcade is never gunna be implemented, dont like it? Go to regular or original.

That pretty much all that can be said.
