How's about spicing the Carom table up with different colour table cloths? Green is a bid bland

i dont know if this is possible but how about writing the hex code in like #FFFFFF and that colour appears as table background?

could even do it for all tables as you can pick your own colour and they can be no complaints then

It would be a waste of time,money and effort bringing the game into the 21st century. Its not popular for a reason,not one game being played right now.

so, its not popular because people cant be *ahem* to play and learn, only took me a week to learn it and ive been playing it 2 years now.

once you get to know the rules thats 50% there, the other 50% is learning spin and angles etc.

The only reason it's not popular is because people like you don't want to learn something new. People do play Carom, so for them it would be a great addition even if you are not favor of it...

in 21 mins there has been only one game of carom.

so what, like we said its because people cant be bothered to learn how to play they just like to slag carom off which is wrong.

arcade is a boring game for me but you dont hear me complaining i quite like carom along with power snooker and original.

I like regular but hardly ever play it and arcade is the type i don't like and not played a single arcade match in 2 months.

anyways on topic i like the idea of a new colour or being able to choose yourself.

Good idea about being able to choose the colour with a hex code. Only problem is the cushions are a different shade so to get it looking decent would mean choosing 2 colours that go together.

Yes, you may not like Carom, shows how narrow minded you are to give just your point of things; you have to think of the regular Carom players...I'm sure they would like to see a variation in colour tables, it will make the Carom table look more eye catching, instead of an old dark green. If you don't like Carom, why are you disagreeing with something that doesn't even concern you...

Why restrict this to carom anyway? I think you should be able to choose your table colour on all games.
