Can I just say, winning a killer is just a game. If winning a killer meant you got an announcement, then surely winning a regular game should earn an announcement, and if so, it's not needed.

The only reason you should get an announcement is if you got a perfect round or something like that.

And greatest you really don't help your cause to be honest...

That is where you're wrong. Killer isn't simply about potting, it's about leaving your opponent in a difficult position for the next shot too which takes some skill.

also playing killers you rely on the integrity and sportsmanship of the opponents,case in point a shame faced kid disgracefully tapping up to win a game.

In killer though, you do what you have to do to win, not get "killed", so IMO, that "shame faced kid" is entitled to do that.

boyler you enter any game on here to play fairly,at least i do. In killer you use skill to beat your opponents,leaving the white in a safe area after attempting a pot is the only option.

tapping is legal, even though i dont like it myself, you can always do it back to them.

tapping is for incompetent players that lack respect of the game and opponents.

Winning a game of killer does have merit. It adds a 'win' to your profile stats. Just like when winning in any other disciplin. Which quite frankly is all its worth.

Its worthless in reality, its a killer win for crying out loud. If you feel so boosted by achieving it, then post it on the killer thread.

Like most users have said, this would only work if there was 10 players, minimum.

Also avoiding people who are clearly better than you and only playing the weaker players on this site is for people who lack respect too.

Are you serious? Carom has loads more skill than killer, you pot balls and try and leave it safe in killer. For carom you have to know the angle to hit the other ball and then try and set yourself up again. Every player that starts knows how to pot a ball but no one knows the angles when they first start. Takes time and skill to be good at carom.

No, Carom gets 5+ and 10+ runs, which is when you score on 5 or more consecutive shots, so you actually have scored, not just won a game.

And Carom takes a lot of skill. You need to know what spin to use, what angle to hit the ball at so that you go and hit the next ball.

I'd like to see you play it to be honest.
