ive won 2 killers today,my rank went up to 841 but now im back where i started,where have those points gone? Ive not played another killer so somethings wrong.

In your results it only says you reached your current rank, not 841...

Not possible, the server would definitely track a game, win or loss in whatever format. It's obvious you have only played 1 game today.

i won another killer straight after i won the first. Strange.

Like I said, it would keep a track of every single game, it wouldn't miss one.

only way you could have been conned out of ranking points is by a server restart

I have had matches not appear in my results as if the game never happened.... Generally only ever heard of it happening when a player lost connection though.

oh yes, if you lose connection in snooker required stage, you generally don't lose, killer is an entirely different story though.

couple of times ive only had black left got disconnected and i didnt lose.

If your opponent quits at the same time then there is no result, the game never happened.
