Since updating to the most recent version of Java, (Version 6 Update 22), I have been constantly experiencing some bugs on Chrome when pressing 'invites' to look for a game.

It happens virtually every time and I'm sure some other users have experienced it - when pressing any button or game etc. on this window, the window vanishes until you just click anywhere and it re-appears. Very annoying as sometimes you struggle to manage even getting a game!

i had to downgrade to version 19.

yeah i get it and only way is to minimize it, then maximize it again :S

I have the exact same problem. The only thing that does that is because I have Game Booster on, which in effect downgrades my Vista to a XP, enabling this effect.

i did have it but since im not on java update 22 anymore it stopped.

I noticed this a while ago and Nick said that he can't find a reason why...

BUT...

I found a way around it - When you open up the Game Room pop up, click "create" then cancel that, and it keeps it open and doesn't go hiding !

the Java is the reason why Tom, from update 20 upwards ive had some problems with funky and one of them firesky mentioned.

not had many problems on update 19.

I've got 1.6.0_22 and I've had no problems at all with it apart from that, so it's fine
