Which part are u confused?
The fixtures part?

There will be 2 groups playing at the same month, which means Group 1 and group 2 will play in January.
After that, group 3 and group 4 will play in February.

Deadline date of joining the league:31-12-2010 (UK time)

For the incomplete game

- A match that has not been fully finished by the deadline is an in completed game

- After this occurs, the following process will happen:

1. I(fabregas0414, chairman of the league) will contact players involved with the incompleted match informing them of in completed game

2. I(fabregas0414, chairman of the league) will then ask the players to provide an explanation for the incompleted match. If the player puts the opposing player at fault, supporting evidence must support this claim. There must be a response within 24 hours from the player regarding the default. If this is not provided (except in special circumstances), the league will be free to apply any decision.

3. The case will have a maximum of 48 hours to be resolved (unless the chairman of the league, which is me, gives notice of extra time to player) otherwise the game will be settled 0-0 or the last noted score.

4. After a result has been decided, player will be advised of the decision as well as contributing factors relating to the decision.

36 players for orig seems too much mate, i dont get why all groups cant start at same time?

I scared that there are no 36 players totally before the game starts..
