well dad bought us 6000 microsoft points from ebay so we could download call of duty black ops map packs, when we got the points it was on an american account so we couldn't buy the map packs as it has to be from an english account.

so we waited all day (well i did checking every 20 mins) which meant i couldn't log in as it would lag so now we will get a refund as they have no english points left.
