Well, the start of 2011 has been good for some new players, completely different players are winning tournaments etc now, so here are my top 5 players to watch out for,

1. tinie_tempah
2. thewhirlwind
3. amveight
4. asvanis
5. magical_cue

no order

My 5 are:

1. budstar
2. asvanis
3. 0asis
4. amveight
5. torres

and i would put fire_sword in as he just about wins every tourney he plays but he is not online much.

no order:

scobansco - enters nearly every tournament so bound to be here
torres - won the weekly medal recently and on a good run of form
tinie_tempah - won a few day medals already and a threat in arcade
magical_cue - one of best arcade players to grace the game and can be a serious threat to anyone
whocares8x8 - great all round player who can beat anyone on his day

this can change later in the year though.

All the people i.am.champ and tinie.tempah said other than torres and magic.cue are all just doing well in the tourna points this week so means nowt come in 11 months.
I agree with dgen's although some of his are just based around on people medals.. Plus whocares8x8 is class now and people already know about him

phased - very good player on all tables
fire_sword - already one of the best about just does not get recognised as much as others for his acheivments
brentologist - same as above really.
shortoftime - very good arcade player, just not been about for a while, but he be back to a high rank when he returns.
cue_crusher - maybe a bit biased here..easily the most improved caromers about atm and definetly in top 10 atm in carom, will only get better.

most of mine was based on tournies but i can do one based on each individual type

mine were based on who is doing well in 2011 so far

mine are as follows:

tinie_tempah - great player and friend(and keeps winnin tournys if im not in the tourny lol)
amveight - has had a great start to his profile
asvanis - a threat to anyone
Oasis - played him in tourny today, class player
i_am_champ - when hes playin well, great player

Anyone who has too much time on their hands and plays this 6-8 hours a day.

individual types -

Arcade -

fire_sword - not seen much of this player but a dark force looking at cents and rank
magical_cue - cent consistently
destiny - for his maxes he has made and the high rank
budweiser - hit quite a bit of form few months ago, force to be reckoned with
torres - played really well lately

Regular -

phased - for his high rank and being consistent
harold - plays really well when hes on the table
i_am_god - always plays well perhaps best reg player we have at the moment
sarahh - will make cents in no time

Original -

arpeggi - cent consistently
chase475 - same as peg
brentologist - played quite well against me in a tournament once and know hes going to be something
spirit2010 - one of most underrated original players

Carom -

fuzzy - always fun to play with and a carom threat whatever name hes under
adam_147 - played quite well lately, deserves a mention
whocares8x8 - played quite well against me, definitely taught by fuzzy
j_d - one of most improved caromers i know

If i had to include myself it would be carom as i have really improved lately.

In 2010 i got many cents on the Regular table....but dont forgett 75% of my frames were vs guests....
In 2011 i wont play much.....
My reg list would be:
1) i_am_god....quality as always.
2) Osullivan34...decent consistent player
3) Pilbyjoel...expect a maximum for him this year....this lad improved alot imo
Of course many oldskool players could be in this list: Kilimanjaro,Sarah on a good day, Suspiria, Dgen & Baff...and also a bunch of players i never play.....
Destiny,Damee &whocares could be in toplist of all tables.



Apart from magical_cue these names are all new to me...but new names of old players ?

sarahh:class reg player just needs to keep her form
dgen: finally finding his feet on here after years

cant think off any others apart frm the obvious, damee, destiny,seb, magical_cue, curt, derry well theres too many to mention, you know who u are

True....Phased could be easily added to the reg topclass.
There are so many good players here...you always forget to mention somebody

like i said too many to mention u would be on the list mate i just cba to write it

edit: one player i did miss out tho cue_crusher, one off the most improved players i know
