Another fault again tonight, this was not the server (server itself has been up continuously without faults for 2 weeks) but some switch between the site and the outside world. If this is going to continue I will have no choice but to move hosting company.

I've been experiencing "connection failing 21/90" once about every 5 minutes for the last few days, i know that it isn't my internet that is at fault. Get it together

Ofcourse I know this but I feel as though there has been a clear explanation to why this is happening, i certainly don't think this covers it. I just don't feel as though the staff are doing as much as they can, spinner's not even logged in for a month

It's completely outside all staff/moderator control, even mine. Our only possible recourse is to change hosting company. I don't really want to do this - because it's a lot of effort/disruption to move server and the hardware on the current machine is working great.

But, if it continues like this then there will be no choice.

I was 2-0 up in semi final of arcade marathon tournament and i got dq! no worries though these things happen.

Nick, maybe moving will be for the best I no the hard work in moving but currently it's only happening once every day or so, so it's not really a huge problem, but it will start to become a problem if it does start to happen more frequent which it most problerbly will within time.

Make them fix it at their end, obviously theres a fault somewhere and they need to find it
