think you need to level up once or twice and you can send messages/post in main forum.
doesn't take long to level up but youll be in jail alot in beginning, ill see if i can travel to same place as you then i can bust you out.
also busting people/jail bots out of jail ranks you up too.

do as many crimes as possible, use extort (tries to nick money of people), chase (like a police chase) and bust jail bots out of jail (they appear every 2 mins)
