Explanation:
Vikings were automatically qualified for completing more 16+ games.
Dollars & Cents, FSE, Black Ballers, and Allstarz qualified due to the amount of games played along with their history of stability.
Snooker Legends got 13 games played despite one of the fixture sets having a one-week deadline due to the folding of Twisted Firestarters. We felt that their captain and players were active enough and interested enough to play successfully this season.

Sopranos were a tough decision, complicated by events on their thread over the last two days. I think it's fair to say that had those developments not taken place, they would have been allowed into the league. However, one of their two active vice captains left the clan, while 3 other active players also dropped out voluntarily. The defaults team did not feel as though this was the trademark of a stable clan that could last the entire season. The vote was 1-5 against Sopranos (the one vote in favor was cast before events of the last 2 days).

This is the schedule for the upcoming season:

-League Fixture 1 and Cup Quarters (2 weeks)
-League Fixture 2 + 3 and Cup Semis (2 weeks)

Transfer Window (1 week)

-League Fixture 4 + Plate Semis (2 weeks)
-League Fixture 5 + Cup/Plate Finals (2 weeks / 3 weeks for cup)

The season should last approximately 9-10 weeks, so about 2 weeks shorter than last time.

dgen will post the draws for league and cup tonight.
The first set of fixtures and the Cup Quarterfinals will be released Sunday evening. We will need your lineups by that time.

All Sopranos players are considered free agents and are allowed to sign for other clans.

No, it will be 2 league fixtures and cup semis with a 2-week deadline.
The standard is to have 2 fixtures (league or cup) every 2 weeks. This is the only one with 3 fixtures (for the teams that make it to the cup semis).

so people know, we had a question delivered to us about captains possibly being taken out of the teamlist but still running clan.

answer is... if a captain or a vice want to be taken out of the team please state on team changes that your a captain or vice and still want to run the clan (this only applies to captain and vice only), then on the personal clan page you will be colour coded orange (for not eligible) and will have (NP) at the end which means Non Player which means it will be the same as being taken out naturally (e.g. you can't sub yourself into games or put yourself in the fixture sheet) however you can still do captains stuff.

Cup Sub Rules:
As in previous seasons, the rules for substitutions in cup games are slightly different than league games.
Once you sub out a player in a cup game, you can not sub that player back into another game. This is to avoid clans picking and choosing their opponents in cup games.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this rule in the current set of rules on the website. I will try to find it in an older version (I have a few saved somewhere I think) and will post here if I find it.

For the current cup games, we won't be strict about the rule, since it's not written down. Don't abuse this though please

We'll be enforcing the Cup substitution rules in this set. They've always been around, but weren't included in the rules.
A player substituted out of a cup game may only be substituted back into that same game.
It's under rule 5.2 on the website.
