Black Ops have folded. They will be removed from the league.
Black Ops had not played against Anger Management yet, so all their results will have to be removed from the tables.
This will happen over the next few days and includes the league table, bonus table, and Golden Cue.

We will play the Cup as if only 6 teams had started. That means the loser of the Dollars & Cents vs Allstarz Cup Semi will also go to the Plate Semi (they would've been out under the current system).

Finally, we'll look to rework the schedule so that nobody has a bye in any fixture (if possible).

I'll post here again once all changes are done.

Right, I've remodeled the league schedule so that teams no longer have byes.
There are 4 league fixtures remaining after the current set, plus an extra game between Allstarz and D&C which will have to be played at some point.

However, we need 3 different fixture sets for the Cup/Plate, so the season will probably still end as scheduled. The 2 teams that do not make it to the Cup/Plate Finals will finish their seasons 2 weeks earlier than the rest.....

Minimum number of frames played to appear on the Golden Cue table will remain at 41 for now.
That means at least 6 out of the 10 league games and 1 out of the 2 (or 3) cup games.

Every clan plays a total of at least 10 league and 2 cup fixtures (70 frames for a single player), so 41 frames is still below the 60% we tend to aim for.
If fewer than usual people make it on by the end of the season we may drop the requirement accordingly.

What's going on??

With the start of the fixture over new year, then all the business with Black Ops over the first few days of it, I think people weren't sure what was going on. I for one must confess I had forgotten that the deadline had moved from Weds night to Sunday. I have some excuse though as I proposed the extension before the fixture to James while we waited to see what Black Ops did, then never really found out what happened.

If every fixture is incomplete, can an extension be agreed upon? Save the default team a LOT of work and decisions could have a bigger impact on a fixture score than they ought to.

Not sure how Black Ops folding prevented other games from being played?
In most fixtures, both players have been active as usual. People just haven't played...

If there were any extension, it would not include completion bonuses. But we'll see how it goes the next few days.

Please send lineups so that fixtures can be released tomorrow night as usual.

zantetsukenz has replaced his teammate jack on the defaults panel. Jack doesn't have enough time these days to comment all the time, so he asked to be removed.
If we can get zante signed up to the forum in time, he'll take part in the current set of defaults already.

He as no internet from monday- friday mate so dunno if ya will be able to get him signed up in time
