Anyone not in clan league team will not be eligible however if you posted before the games begin (Next set of fixtures) and i missed it you can play in the current fixture free of charge instead of waiting for the next one as its the league runners fault and not your own.

you only added him like an hour ago and fixtures was already out so he can't play until the official league starts
