the reason u lose good players YOUR not active

you dont communicate well enough with your players

you bring players in but theres no direction, si your doing a great job m8, but jesus zac help him out. once u get some1 to join at least get him to post, that way your other clan members will see a new face and actually welcome him

but it dont stop there zac
you need to get them involved quickly, to get them doing what u brought them in to do for u m8 and that aint to make ur clan look big but to win for the clan
but u must keep talking to them, pm's, messages left all good


the key zac is communication you communicate with them
they communicate with u
and members talk to each other bounce of each other
u crack that ur laughing u dont ur back to where u are just now
