not easy to accidently break a taxi window . Did a baseball bat fall from the sky land in your hands and then a gust of wind make you stumble at the precise moment that the taxi reversed at 40 miles an hour to the side of you?

I was walking down the road minding my own business when I tripped and as i was falling a large gust of wind caught me and threw me head first onto the back of the taxi thus breaking the window!

It was a horrific accident, luckily nobody was injured bar me!

so how come you have to pay then if it was the winds fault and not your own?
