I was watching SKY F1 yesterday and the presenter was trying to big up just how good the new engines sound What a load of dog muck.... now you don't need ear plugs, has completely ruined it in my opinion... the noise was certainly the main appeal for myself to visit Silverstone ... I end with a sad face...

Yeah, I heard that it does not seem to be the case of the engines being quieter, but they do seem to be. I like the growl, but that's the only thing good about the V6s. Bernie should be ashamed.

I don't agree with the new limit of 100 kg of fuel..their should be less worrying about fuel comsumpion and more about racing as fast as you possibly can go!! this is F1 not G8!!

no not necessarily, the smaller v6 engine won't consume as much fuel. Although the Ers is a big concern, someone at red bull said the failure rate could be upto 50%

I watched the race and the cars sound like flippin motorbikes... absolutely garbage.. bring back the roar of the engines and scraps for position... certainly taken the element of drama off the racing
