Welcome to the Arcade Snooker World Cup.

Participants: 8 teams of 2 players each.
Teams: 8 different countries.
Format: there will be 2 groups of 4 teams. Each team in each group plays each other once. The top 2 teams from each group advance to the play-offs.
Frames: Each match will consist of four frames and all frames must be played. Frames will be played in following order:
Player 1 vs. Player 1
Player 2 vs. Player 2
Player 1 vs. Player 2
Player 2 vs. Player 1
In the Play-offs, if the score ends in a draw, frames will be add it together. Should that still remain level, each team chooses 1 player. The selected players play a best of 3 match to determine the winning team.
Points: One point will be awarded in the group for every frame won. Following group stages if two teams are tied on the same number of points then the winner of the match between those two teams will be ranked higher in the group. If the game was a draw, 1 player from each team plays a single frame to determine who finishes above who (points will not be distributed from these matches).
